Fall Festivals in Ohio Amish Country

Autumn is a time for changing colors of the fall leaves, but it is also a time to find fall festivals in Ohio Amish Country.  The first weekend in October is the annual Sugarcreek Swiss Festival.  This is a huge event with parades, music, carnival rides, cheese tasting and more.  The second weekend in October you will find Charm Days and the Millersburg Antique Festival.  This weekend you will find benefit auctions, great food, sidewalk sales, antiques, parades and more.  The third weekend in October is Apple Butter Stirrin Days in Historic Roscoe Village.  If you have never tried Apple Butter you have to check this out.  You'll find shops, restaurants, and historic Erie Canal tours at Roscoe Village.  The final weekend of October is Halloween.  Try something new this year with a murder mystery weekend at Garden Gate Get-A-Way Bed & Breakfast near Berlin, Ohio.  As you head in to November and December you will find special Christmas themed weekends in Amish Country.  There is so much to do this Fall that you will want to spend a couple of nights in the area.  Check out award winning Garden Gate Get-A-Way Bed & Breakfast for a special experience.
