Ohio Bed and Breakfast offers Amish Country Tours with Ohio History

One Ohio bed and breakfast is offering guests historical Amish Country Tours this summer.   The tour is of Ohio's 1st state road.  It originates in Millersburg with a tour of the Victorian House Museum.  This museum was featured on HGTV and has a very interesting history.  After the museum tour guests board a touring van and get the opportunity to travel the trail that our ancestors that built the Ohio Erie Canal traveled on.  There is beautiful scenery and historical narration of the trail.  A stop in Port Washington takes guests through a museum with more Erie Canal history.  End the tour with a light meal at an old stagecoach stop.  Your travels take you through rolling scenic hills where the Amish live today and you will even learn some Amish culture on this tour too!  For more information and package pricing contact Garden Gate Get-A-Way Bed & Breakfast at 330-674-7608.
