Holmes County Ohio Amish Tourist Attractions Make a Great Summer Vacation

You may plan a trip to Holmes County, Ohio to visit Amish tourist attractions this summer but know that there is so much more to do.  You can plan several day trips in the area and visit something different every day.  Holmes County is home to the world's largest Amish community and there are so many Amish businesses including candle makers, basket makers, furniture builders, quilt makers, general stores, bulk foods, etc.  In addition the area is home to fine gifts, flea markets, animal ranches, museums, bakeries, cheese factories, chocolate factory, and more.  One itinerary might include Amish culture, Lehmans, pottery shops, animal ranch and more.  Yet another itinerary will visit places like Coblentz Chocolates, Walnut Creek Cheese, an Auction, Antiques, Tis the Season Christmas store, and more.  You can use our area as home base for visiting such attractions as the Mansfield Reformatory, Stan Hywet Mansion & Gardens, Roscoe Village, Longaberger Baskets, and the Village of Zoar.
