New Ohio Wine Tours

More and more wineries are popping up in the State of Ohio and people are flocking to explore everything from exotic Watermelon wine to traditional Chardonnay.  If you don't want to limit your sampling because you have to drive then check out Ohio wine tours.   Something very new in Holmes County, Ohio, is that Garden Gate Get-A-Way Bed & Breakfast purchased their own tour bus to take B&B guests on various tours.  Some of those tours include Ohio wine tours.  Over the winter months you can take an afternoon tour that features a winery tour, wine tasting, and a 5-course dinner with 5 wines.  Looking ahead to 2012 they have planned all-day wine tasting tours to Ohio wineries and Ohio cheese factories.  You'll love having the designated driver to chauffer you around as you sample.  Your tour includes lunch and dinner on the road as well.  These tours are exclusively for bed and breakfast guests so you won't have to deal with big crowds of people on the wine tours.  For more information on these wine tasting weekends be sure to check out this Ohio Amish Country getaway website.
