March Event is a Must for Bird Watching in Ohio

If you are in to bird watching in Ohio then you must come to Shreve in March 2013.  It marks 13th annual Spring Migration Sensation that is sponsored by the ODNR Division of Wildlife and The Wilderness Center to name a few.  The registration is at Shreve Elementary on Saturday, March 16, 2013.  There are booths set up with both educational experiences as well as food.  They will offer 6 different seminars at this location as well.  Off site there are self-guided tours with experts located at various stations in the Killbuck Marsh, Brown's Lake Bog, and Funk Bottoms wildlife area.  This area boasts 5671 acres of wetlands and birds love it.  Just a short drive from Shreve is the World's Largest Amish Community offering more activties to complete your weekend getaway.
