Bed and Breakfast Recipes for Lemon Crescent Bites

Whether for dessert or a sweet breakfast treat, our bed and breakfast recipes include
Lemon Crescent Bites
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz)
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. sugar
1 t. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll the crescent rolls; Separate to form 8 rectangles and press perforation to make a solid piece.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, & lemon juice; Spread over crescent rectangles.
Roll up jelly roll style and cut each rectangle in to 6 one inch pieces.
Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.  Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Topping:
While the rolls are baking, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.  Once rolls have cooled from the oven for about 10 minutes, drizzle this icing over the top.
Yields approximately 4 dozens treats.
