See the Highlights on Amish Country Tour

If you want to visit the major tourist attractions/shops in Holmes County, Ohio, then consider this Ohio Amish Country Tour called 'Highlights of Amish Country'.

Visit Heini's Cheese Factory where you can watch cheese making, sample from 50 different kinds of cheese, and shop for bulk foods, fudge, and gifts.  Wendell August Forge only has a couple of locations in the USA and we are lucky enough to have one here in Holmes County.  They forge metal to make coasters, platters, trays, ornaments, jewelry and more.  There are so many different designs that you are sure to find something that suits your taste.  Stock up on bulk foods at Ashery Country Store.  If you are looking for a specific spice and you don't find it at Ashery then you probably won't find it.  If you have seen movies such as Broke Back Mountain then you have seen some items that Lehmans carries because Hollywood set designers have shopped here for props.    They carry old-fashioned housewares, appliances, tools, toys, and garden supplies.  No stop to the area would be complete without a visit to our local chocolate factory, Coblentz Chocolate Company.  Watch chocolate being made and shop for creams, caramels, nuts, truffles, and more.  One unique, tasty treat that they sell is 'Holmes County Road Apples'.  They resemble something that a horse may drop on the road but the ingredients are totally yummy!  No matter what time of year you visit Amish Country you can celebrate Christmas at Tis the Season store.  They are Ohio's largest, year-round Christmas store with three floors of ornaments, lights, trees, collectibles, and more.  So let us do the driving and enjoy for Amish Country Tour.
